The Little Ballerina Tutu
This tutu fits girls ages 3 YEAR-10 YR...As long as their waist is a MINIMUM of 14" and no more than 28". It is 12" long, and nice and full! The tutu has 3 total layers of tulle and wears like a skirt. The satin like waistband really encourages the tulle to fall nicely. It looks great over leggings or with a leotard for dance class.
